At the end of a project, a member of our team asks the homeowners three questions on camera: How did you hear about us? Did we do everything we said we would do? On a scale of 1 to 10, how likely are you to refer us to friends and family? Asking the same questions on every job keeps us honest. It also gives you a fair way to compare one project with another, whether it was a single door, a full exterior or a room inside.

This couple came to us on the recommendation of the company that worked on their roof. The finished house pairs soft gray-green walls with white trim and a white garage door, set against natural red brick. Asked whether we did everything we said we would, they answered:
